National Women’s Health Week 2017
This week is National Women’s Health Week and today’s infographic from the Office on Women’s Health that I want to share is focused on Mental Health.
Taking care of your mental health is just as important as taking care of your physical health. And, believe it or not, there is actually a connection between the two.
So take a few minutes out of your busy day to practice some meditation or yoga. Doing so can lower stress levels which has a positive impact on overall health.
