The Best Free Stock Image Sources from Around the Web
Whether you’re working to build your blog, brand, or business website, clearly written content is the most important thing. However, words alone often don’t bode well for keeping the attention of your readers or attracting new ones. That’s where photos come in to play. The ideal scenario is to take all of your own photos and create a photo library of your own work, but we all know that’s not always possible. I’ll admit, photography isn’t my strong suit, and while I’m working on it, I do rely on stock photography for occasional supplemental photography to help boost my blog posts. I personally have gotten to a point where I have made the investment for a stock photo subscription, but there are so many great resources out there for free stock images that I want to share with you!
1. Kate Max Stock
KateMaxStock.com is a great place to get free stock photos. There is a paid membership available, but if you sign up for her mailing list, you’ll get free images delivered to you monthly!
2. Haute Stock
Chances are, you’ve seen Haute Stock images used before and you loved them! It’s impossible not to – they’re gorgeous! When you sign up for the Haute Stock mailing list, you’ll get a few free images. You can also sign up for a membership if you want access to even more of these gorgeous images!
3. Ivory Mix
There are so many free stock images at IvoryMix.com, you’re gonna love it! Not only are there stock images, you can also find free worksheets to help you with your blog, and best of all – there’s a facebook goup you can join to find other creatives just like you!
4. Stock Shop
Stock Shop offers 20 free gorgeous stock images just for signing up for the newsletter. And as an added bonus, you get monthly freebies delivered straight to your inbox!
5. Stock Gallery
The Stock Gallery is another awesome site that I’ve recently stumbled upon that has some gorgeous photos available. When you sign up for the mailing list, you’ll get a set of free stock photos delivered to your inbox.
