Leg day is my favorite workout day.  I say that with caution however, because halfway through a good leg day workout I usually end up really hating leg day. And for two days after, I never want to work out my legs again.  Then I’m good and can’t wait for leg day to come around again.
I love every part of leg day, but I’ve really come to love the things that push me to the absolute limit.  This workout does just that.  It doesn’t appear like much until you try it.  By the end, your quads will be screaming and you’ll be walking funny for days, but it’s the absolute best feeling!
4 sets on leg press, shoulder-width feet placement on with average weight (not too heavy that you can’t complete the sets, but not too light that it comes super easily):
