A few months ago I found about this awesome site called Crowdtap. If you haven’t yet signed up for it, I strongly encourage you to as it has so much to offer – and it’s free! 🙂
So what is Crowdtap you ask? It’s a site that allows you the opportunity to learn about new products from your favorite brands, or maybe some you haven’t tried before. You also get to provide these brands with information related to what you as a consumer are looking for out of a quality product. There are quick hit questions, text challenges, photo challenges, missions and more ways to share information with your favorite brands. The best part of all of this is that you get points for responding to all of these various questions and challenges. The points accumulate throughout the month and equate to entries into brand drawings. Each brand has drawings for different gift card prizes at the end of each month and let me tell you, people actually win these! This isn’t one of those sites that makes you work hard by spending all of this time answering questions all for nothing! So far, in my 5 months of participating in Crowdtap, I have won at least 1 gift card each month!
OMG – I almost forgot to tell you about the FREE STUFF! That’s right, on top of getting to learn about your favorite brands and providing insight to these companies in exchange for chances to win gift cards, you also can get free stuff in the form of sample shares and parties! Several brands will have the opportunity for you to apply to participate in the sample share. If you are chosen, you’ll get a box of goodies for you to try and share with your friends as well. In return, they ask that you fill out a report to let them know if you liked the product and why or why not. They’ll also have challenges for those participating in the sample share for you to earn extra points by uploading photos and completing other random tasks. Occasionally a brand will also have a sampling party opportunity. In this type of sample share, you’ll receive a party kit often times with 10-15 samples, recipes (if applicable), coupons, and prizes. Through the different sample shares available on Crowdtap, I’ve had the opportunity to try several new products and have found some new favorites this way!
