I’m a little bummed because I have’t been able to fully keep up with my Make Something May challenge. Because I was traveling for business earlier this week I wasn’t able to be as crafty or creative as I wanted to be. I’m back at home now though, and motivated to get back on track to finish the month out strong!
My friend, Robyn, is pregnant and due with her baby girl Joey earlier in July. I’ve been telling her since I got my Silhouette Cameo to let me know what she wants me to make for her as I’m basically itching to find more reasons to use it! So she requested that I put some glitter vinyl on a basic Old Navy t-shirt that has a unicorn with #itsallaboutJoey underneath.
So to give you a bit more detail, Robyn’s husband has been neglecting time with one of his good friends to make sure Robyn has everything she needs and the baby’s room is set up and ready to go. He’s also been toting her all around the midwest for baby showers, the Kentucky Derby, baseball games, etc… So to be funny, the shirt is for Robyn’s husband’s friend. He’ll get his friend back AFTER the baby comes….maybe. 😉
So here’s the shirt that she had me make for him. Apparently the unicorn is some inside thing with their Cross-fit gym and obviously pink glitter was appropriate just because why not put a guy in a shirt with pink glitter. 🙂
