A few weeks ago I had placed an online order to get materials to update my pantry. The hubs went and picked up 8 pieces of lumber in varied sizes and since then, it has sat in the middle of our living room. We don’t have a garage or a workshop or anything, so the living essentially becomes my project area when these brilliant ideas hit me. 😉
I took today off from work just because I randomly wanted a three day weekend. I was so excited to get the pantry done, so I actually started on it last night while watching Grey’s Anatomy and Scandal. I’ve made a ton of progress, but it’s still not ready to share yet. It never seems to fail, you expect a project to take 3 hours and it turns into 7 because of random bumps in the road and minor mishaps.
So although I don’t have a finished project to share with you for Make Something May days 7 & 8, I still feel that I accomplished something huge since there’s no longer lumber sitting in the middle of my living room!
