  1. Lay out bacon on covered sheet pan with no overlap.
  2. Dab or brush bourbon onto bacon. Then sprinkle brown sugar and black pepper over the top of the bacon.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes to allow bacon to crisp and sugar to caramelize. Then let rest for 5 minutes to cool before serving.

If using thick-cut bacon you’ll need to allow more time for your bacon to cook in order to allow it to crisp up.
