I LOVE slippers! They’ve been on my Christmas list every year for the past 3 years I think, hopefully this year the hubs will get the hint. 😉 I used to hate getting slippers for Christmas – when I was young at least. I think it’s just because I didn’t think they were “fun” enough to be given as gifts and I didn’t quite yet understand that gifts could be practical, luxurious, or even just meaningful. Well, that’s all changed. I love getting and giving slippers as gifts because there are so many comfortable, cute, and unique options out there. I used to love getting a matching pair of slippers with my pajamas. Sadly the pajamas always outlasted the slippers by a lifetime pretty much. I’d wear them so much that within six months I was ready for a new pair. I think my other love for slippers comes from the fact that my has worn the same slippers every day for the past like 25+ years. I remember her stocking up on several pairs of them when they were on sale around the holidays just so she’d have extras when the bottoms started to wear.
