I have a problem….I LOVE decorating, and re-decorating, my house. I get so inspired by all of the designs I see on other blogs and all over pinterest that it’s like I have design ADD. I’m pretty sure that’s a real thing. 🙂
So instead of driving my husband crazy and “experimenting” in our actual house, I’m going to spend some time putting some designs together and really evaluate if it’s right for our house and for us. I’ve had some major flops before (hello – green and brownish walls – it was terrible) so I think the hubs will appreciate me not just implementing the first thing that pops into my head.
One color scheme that I can’t stop thinking about is teal and plum. I love how the plum tones things down a bit and brings a certain warm, comforting feeling to the room which makes the teal accents really pop.
