My husband is a shrimp fanatic! You know that scene in Forrest Gump where Bubba tells Forrest all the different ways you can cook/eat shrimp? Well, that’s basically my husband. So when I offered to create a recipe for him using Fortune Noodle Hot & Spicy Stir-Fry Noodles and shrimp for a blogger contest, he didn’t hesitate!
This recipe is super quick, super affordable, and super delicious! All of the ingredients can be found at your local grocery store and the recipe can easily be made for dinner on a busy work/school night. Give it a try and let me know what you think!
Shrimp Stir-Fry using Fortune Noodle Stir-Fry noodles, warmed up with a bit of hot & spicy flavoring, red pepper flakes, and sriracha!

Shrimp Stir-Fry using Fortune Noodle Stir-Fry noodles, warmed up with a bit of hot & spicy flavoring, red pepper flakes, and sriracha!

Ingredients
- 1 package Fortune Noodle Hot & Spicy Stir-Fry Noodles
- 1 bag Frozen Small Cooked Shrimp
- 1 bag Stir-Fry Veggies
- 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
- 2 Tbsp crushed red pepper
- 2 Tbsp Sriracha

Instructions
- Coat bottom of pan with olive oil and heat.
- Pour frozen shrimp into heated pan and cover for 5-7 minutes.
- Pour in bag of frozen stir-fry veggies and cover for 3 minutes.
- Empty package of Fortune Noodle Hot & Spicy Stir-Fry Noodles and pour into colander, then rinse with hot water to loosen the noodles.
- Pour loosened noodles into pan with shrimp and stir-fry veggies.
- Add minced garlic, red pepper flakes, and Fortune Noodle Hot & Spicy seasoning packet to pan, then stir.
- Add Sriracha and serve.
